I missed that last part about you deleting. Assuming you restarted the Xbox I got no suggestion except try another game for a test and call your ISP.

try dropping yours in a DMZ in your router settings as a test & see if the problems go away. if they do, its an issue in your router most likely.

Got same problem I can't connect to any match apart from vengeance maps and I don't wanna play them every other lobbie puts me as host and no1 joins. Very annoying
